Sealed bids will be received by the Martins Ferry City School District Board of Education (the “Owner”), as provided in this notice, for the Martins Ferry School Concrete Slab Replacement and Administrative Office Remodel Project (the “Project”).
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Martins Ferry City School District Board of Education, ATTN: Jim Fogle, Superintendent, 5001 Ayers Limestone Road, Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935 and plainly marked on the outside “MARTINS FERRY CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION HIGH SCHOOL SLAB REPLACEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE REMODEL PROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 6, 2022.

A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 25, 2022 @, at 5000 Ayers Limestone Road, Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935 in the high school.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
