And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or the whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that Larry Lee Norton do serve upon Gerald O. Ames Jr, Clerk of Ohio County Magistrate Court, magistrate, whose address is 26-15th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 27, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Larry Lee Norton at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
