Please take notice that on June 14, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.the Planning Commission will be conducting public hearings to consider the following applications:
1. Lambros Tsuhlaros to operate a Class II Home Occupation (art studio) at 2331/2333 Chapline Street; legally known as part of lot 151 of the Chapline & Eoff Addition; 2. Robyn Austin to operate a Class II Home Occupation (esthetician room) at 62 Greenwood Avenue; legally known as part of lots 20 and 21 on the Bertschy’s Addition; 3. Ashley Green to operate a Class II Home Occupation (home day care) at 38 South Broadway Street; legally known as part of lot 59 in D. Zane’s Addition; 4. The Perry Galloway Jr. Foundation to operate a Community Center at 2198 National Road, which is classified as a Special Use Permit in the C-2 Commercial Zone.
