NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission for the purchase of forty-five (45) Sig Sauer P320F, .40 caliber handguns w/ black finish including accessories, training and warranty for the Ohio County Sheriff’s Law Enforcement. This bid will also include the vendor’s acceptance of firearm trade-in for weapons currently held by the Ohio County Sheriff’s property/evidence room.
Interested vendors are required to contact Lt Matt Moore at (304) 234-3745 for (1) the complete listing of handgun specifications (2) detailed listing of accessories and (3) listing of all eligible firearms to be traded in prior to submitting their bid.
Bids will be sent to: The Ohio County Commission, ATTN: Sheriff Handgun Bid, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
