IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-24 BRANDY ANN CECIL, biological mother of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022 and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022, natural child of Brandy Ann Cecil.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect BRANDY ANN CECIL, biological mother of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that BRANDY ANN CECIL and the UNKNOWN FATHER, have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to
provide for the care, custody and control of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022. It is ORDERED that BRANDY ANN CECIL and anyone claiming to be the father of infant R.C.C., are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 22nd day of June, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for the Adjudication Hearing for Respondent Brandy Cecil and the Unknown Father, and a Disposition Hearing for the Unknown Father if they so desire to be heard and present evidence on those matters; otherwise BRANDY ANN CECIL, biological mother of infant R.C.C. whose date of birth is February 9, 2022 and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents and the parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.C.C., whose date of birth is February 9, 2022, may be terminated.
