The object of the Petition filed by Petitioner, Gavin O. Ricketts, is to request that the Family Court of Ohio County, West Virginia grant him a divorce from the Respondent, Sashana Ricketts. It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action, that the current residence of Sashana Ricketts is unknown, and no agent is available to accept service on her behalf and that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain an address for Sashana Ricketts, it is Ordered that Sashana Ricketts serve upon Christine Machel, the attorney for Petitioner, at 800 Main Street, P.O, Box 111, Wellsburg, West Virginia 26070, an Answer or Response to the Petition on or before the 21st day of June 2022. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Ohio County Circuit Clerk in Wheeling, West Virginia. If Sashana Ricketts fails to file an Answer or Response, or otherwise respond, the Judge of the Family Court of Ohio County may take action against your interest and a judgment Order by default will be rendered.
It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Ohio County, West Virginia
