Please take notice that on the 19th day of May, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of William and Diane Hall, for a variance from Section 4.09.B: To allow an accessory building (garage) be located on a lot without a principal building. Purpose of Request: To construct a garage across the street from the house.
