Please take notice that on the 19th day of May, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Alice Dolu, for a Variance from Table 9-A: To reduce the required parking of a restaurant from 18 to 2. Purpose of Request: To open a new restaurant.
The property is described as follows:
North ½ of Lot 107 as shown on the Plat of Eoff and Chapline Addition to the City of Wheeling.
More commonly known as 2149 Market Street.
