IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-22/23/26 COURTNEY LAWRENCE, biological mother of infants T.F., whose date of birth is September 11, 2007, A.F., whose date of birth is October 19, 2008, and K.F., whose date of birth is September 7, 2011 and COREY WRIGHT, occasional custodian of infants T.F., whose date of birth is September 11, 2007 and A.F., whose date of birth is October 19, 2008, natural children of Courtney Lawrence.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that COURTNEY LAWRENCE and COREY WRIGHT have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants T.F., whose date of birth is September 11, 2007, A.F., whose date of birth is October 19, 2008, and K.F., whose date of birth is September 7, 2011. It is ORDERED that COURTNEY LAWRENCE and COREY WRIGHT are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable
David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 30th day of June, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for an Disposition Hearing if they do desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental/custodial rights of COURTNEY LAWRENCE, biological mother of infants T.F., whose date of birth is September 11, 2007, A.F., whose date of birth is October 19, 2008, and K.F., whose date of birth is September 7, 2011 and COREY WRIGHT, occasional custodian of infants T.F., whose date of birth is September 11, 2007 and A.F., whose date of birth is October 19, 2008, may be terminated.
