INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Marshall County Housing Study & Needs Assessment (HSNA) will be received in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office, Marshall County Courthouse, Room 106, Moundsville, West Virginia. on Tuesday June 7, 2022, until 9:00 am. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:15 AM at the County Commission Meeting in the Commission Chambers on the basement floor of the courthouse. The Housing Study & Needs Assessment (HSNA) seeks to provide an in-depth analysis of the current and future needs for affordable, workforce, market-rate and other housing options of current and future households. The Commission seeks to further identify quantifiable recommendations to bridge any gaps of current, short and long-term periods. The HSNA will analyze current housing conditions, needs, and evidence-based and creative strategies across the housing continuum both regulatory and non–regulatory to address the needs of Marshall County residents throughout Marshall County.
