The object of this suit is to: Obtain support and/or allocation of custodial responsibility.
To the the above named respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Steven Hale is a non- resident resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Steve Hale serve upon Kierstin Bowen Petitioner or Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 508 South Penn St. Wheeling, WV 26003, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before June 11th.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
