IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-142/143 JADE COBB, biological mother of infant D.W., whose date of birth is May 4, 2021 and custodian of infant A.K., whose date of birth is September 11, 2017, CORNELIUS WILEY, biological father and custodian of infants A.K., whose date of birth is September 11, 2017 and D.W., whose date of birth is May 4, 2021, and ELIZABETH KITTLE, biological mother of infant A.K., whose date of birth is September 11, 2017, natural children of Jade Cobb and Elizabeth Kittle.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CORNELIUS WILEY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants A.K., whose date of birth is September 11, 2017 and D.W., whose date of birth is May 4, 2021. It is ORDERED that CORNELIUS WILEY is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 30th day of June, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses
to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of CORNELIUS WILEY, biological father of A.K., whose date of birth is September 11, 2017 and D.W., whose date of birth is May 4, 2021, may be terminated to said children.
