The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by BRITTANY MCVAY, biological mother of infants B.W., whose date of birth if February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013 and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON, biological
father of infants B.W., whose date of birth is February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that BRITTANY MCVAY and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants B.W., whose date of birth is February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013. It is ORDERED that BRITTANY MCVAY and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 29th day of June, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise BRITTANY MCVAY, biological mother of infants B.W., whose date of birth if February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013 and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON, biological father of infants B.W., whose date of birth is February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents and/or custodians.
