A zoning board meeting open to the public Wednesday May 18th, 2016 @ 6:30pm in the council chambers at the city building in McMechen. The discussion will be regarding two variance requests. One is a 32 multifamily residential rental townhouses located along 4th street and industrial drive. The other is a carpet store that would be located at 1101 west Baltimore street. ALL CITIZENS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
