The object of the above entitled action is for Erica Beatrice Trusty to legally change his/her name to Erica Beatrice Biggers. Notice is thereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Erica Beatrice Trusty to Erica Beatrice Biggers.
A hearing shall be on the 16th day of June, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
