Please take notice that on the 16th of June, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Heather Annett, 2520 Vance Ave, Variance from section 1355.11.h: to increase allowed percentage of accessory buildings related to principal from 50% to 73%. Purpose of request: new pool. The property is described as follows:
