AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (CARL ROTTER) located in Ohio County, WV.
From I-70 east take exit 11 and turn left on CR-41,(Dallas Pike) for 0.1 mile to intersection of CR-41/3,(West Alexander Rd) and turn right on CR-41/3. If traveling I-70 west take immediate right from exit to CR-41/3 also known as TA Truck Stop. Travel CR-41/3 for 2.2 miles to Stop sign. Continue through Stop sign on CR 41/3 for 1.5 miles to intersection of CR-41/3 and CR-40/5, (Realtree Road), and turn left on CR-40/5. Travel CR-40/5 for 0.5 mile with access road on right.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 32.33 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 56.94 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 77.31 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.06 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM) 0.90 tons/yr
Benzene 0.16 tons/yr
Ethylbenzene 0.06 tons/yr
Formaldehyde 1.82 tons/yr
n-Hexane 2.22 tons/yr
Toluene 0.20tons/yr
Xylenes 0.19 tons/yr
Methane 13.36 tons/yr
CO2 Equivalent 24,906 tons/yr
Operations are planned to begin on or about August 01, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
