The object of the above entitled civil action is to recover Declaratory Relief, and other relief as the Court or jury may find that was sustained by Plaintiff(s) as a result of a tax sale that happened on October 28, 2021, in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. That appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant(s) is required to serve upon Brenda L. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, whose address is Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street Fourth Floor, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon plaintiff, Jay Folse, whose address is 4702 Eoff St., Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before July 7, 2022 otherwise that Judgment by Default will be rendered against defendant(s) Estate of Rittie Cole, Johnathan Russell, Ricky Britton at any time thereafter.
Defendant(s) Estate of Rittie Cole, Johnathan Russell, Ricky Britton can obtain a copy of the Complaint from the undersigned clerk.
