Now comes the Petitioner, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2020-GS3, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for declaratory judgment reforming deed of trust and deed of legal trust description of the subject real estate commonly known as 154 Marshall Drive (formerly 1514 Marshall Lane), Glen Dale, West Virginia 26038.
