On June 16, 2022, the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended the professional nursing license of Raina Jo Sands, RN, license no. RN577040, of Wheeling, West Virginia, retroactive to August 16, 2021, based on her being unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients without monitoring.
