PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling, WV, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until 1:30PM/EST, TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2022. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid State of West Virginia Business Certificate and a minimum 5-years’ experience in work required.

The Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling may consider informal any bid not prepared in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or specifications and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids.
PRE-BID MEETING: WEDNESDAY, JULY 20, 2022 @ 10:00AM/EST. Interested parties are to meet at the Project Site, 1000 Hil-Dar Street, Wheeling, WV. The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize bidders with the scope of work and answer questions regarding the bid documents. Interested subcontractors and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend.
