The object of the above entitled action is to quiet title to real estate currently titled in the name of TFL Realty, LLC and located in the town of West Liberty in Liberty District, Ohio County, West Virginia. The Plaintiff has provided an affidavit showing that the Plaintiff in the above-entitled case has made diligent efforts to serve Defendant, Richard K. Perrelli aka Ricky Perrelli, via personal service, but has not been able to complete service of process.
