The object of the above entitled action is for Dannen Michael Foraker to legally change his/her name to Dannen McCort Eicholtz. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Dannen Michael Foraker. to Dannen McCort Eicholtz.
A hearing shall be on the 1st day of August, 2022 at 9:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
