PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, WV will receive separate, sealed bids at their Administrative Offices until 1:30PM/EST on TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2022 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Mail or hand-deliver bid packets to Shannon Marshall, Executive Director, Moundsville Housing Authority, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041. Bids will be received from only qualified contractors licensed to do business in the State of West Virginia and minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed.
