The object of the above entitled action is for Titus Matthew Yeager to legally change his/her name to Titus Matthew Knicley. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Titus Matthew Yeager to Titus Matthew Knicley.
A hearing shall be on the 1st day of August, 2022 at 1:30pm o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
