The object of the above entitled action is A civil suit filed by Monongahela Power Co seeking damages in the amount of $6,725.72 due to a motor vehicle driven by William Dean Starkey which struck and significantly damaged certain electrical facilities owned by Monongahela Power Co.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that service of civil summons has not been made upon William Dean Starkey through sheriff department service or certified mail service despite due diligence by the plaintiff.
It is ordered that William Dean Starkey do serve upon Daniell Diserio, magistrate, whose address is 632 Main Street, Suite 203, Wellsburg, WV 26070, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action thirty (30) days from the second date of publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against William Dean Starkey at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
