Notice is hereby given to the biological father, whose name and address is UNKNOWN, that a hearing for adoption and to change the name of the said child has been scheduled in the above styled case on August 18, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, located at 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
You are hereby advised that any parental rights that you may now possess may be terminated at this adoption and name change hearing. You may appear at this hearing and defend your parental rights. If you fail to do so, any parental rights you may possess to BABY BOY MATTHAEI will be forever terminated. You can obtain a copy of the Petition for Adoption and Name Change from the Ohio County Circuit Clerk.
