requesting Qualification
and Price Proposals from
interested parties for the
demolition and removal of
building and clean-up of
site for property located at
305 North Wells Street,
Sistersville, WV, 26175.
The City Council will be
evaluating submissions to
this request and will
ultimately select firm
judged to be both
responsible and
responsive to the request
in every way, including
having offered the most
beneficial, appropriate
price proposals.
The city council reserves
the right to interview some
or all prospective firms to
discuss Qualifications and
Price Proposals. The
