Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (TIMMY MINCH) located in Ohio County, WV.
Take exit 5 from I 70 in Wheeling, West Virginia and turn right onto US 40 East (National Road).Travel 0.76 miles to CR 25 (Peters Run Road) and turn left. Travel 3.05 miles on CR 25 to CR 15 (Warden Run Road) and turn left onto CR 15. Travel 1.09 miles to CR 15/1 (Boggs Hill Road) and turn left onto CR 15/1. Travel 0.58 miles to CR 25/1 (Browns Run Road) and turn left onto CR 25/1. Travel 0.12 miles to well pad access road on the left.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Carbon Monoxide (CO) 77.05 tons/yr

Operations are planned to begin on or about September 18, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
