OGLEBAY RECYCLING ENHANCEMENTS
The Wheeling Park Commission, a Municipal Park System located in Wheeling, West Virginia, will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm on August 10, 2022, at the Admission Entrance Gate at the Good Zoo. Bids will then be opened and read aloud in the Benedum Theatre at the Zoo.
2022 OGLEBAY RECYCLING ENHANCEMENTS are components of a project consisting of the acquisition of two roll-off recycling containers.
Bids should include the cost of shipping and/or installation.
Specifications for the roll-off containers are to include: new 20 yard (18′ long X 4′ high), 7 gauge floor with 12 gauge sides, 1/4″ long sills, curbside hinged rear door, two compartments with two poly sliding lids per each side, roof enclosure, and bottom winch hook for transport.

All items must be able to be delivered and installed by September 27, 2022.
Each person or firm submitting a bid must comply with all rules and regulations of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Recycling Assistance Program (REAP).
The Wheeling Park Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
