VILLAGE OF CLEARVIEW WEST VIRGINIA
Separate sealed bids for construction of Village Hall Parking Lot Paving will be received by the Village of Clearview at the Village Hall, 166 Clearview Ave., Wheeling, WV 26003 until June 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Method of Bidding will be as follows:
Village Hall Parking Lot Paving: Unit Price Contract to pave approximately 6,663 SF of aggregate parking lot, including grading to fill low areas and develop drainage, and installation of asphalt base and wearing courses, joint sealant and associated appurtenances.

A deposit will be required for the Bidding Documents as follows:
Contract 1 –
$50.00 (no refund)
The above stated deposit is required before the documents can be made available.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractors License per State Law.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
