WHEELING HOUSING AUTHORITY
REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The Wheeling Housing Authority (the “Authority”) invites submissions of proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from licensed attorneys and law firms (collectively, the “Respondent”) interested in providing mixed-finance legal services on behalf of the Authority. If the Respondent has demonstrated experience in providing mixed-finance legal services and is interested in making its services available to the Authority, Respondent is requested to respond to this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”). The requirements and information needed to complete the Proposal are set forth below.
One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on September 6, 2022. Proposals should be directed to:

no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on August 26, 2022. Copies of all inquiries and the Authority’s responses will be sent to all Respondents who received a copy of this RFP from the Authority no later than five days prior to the Proposal submission date.
Copies of any written addenda to this RFP will be provided to all Respondents who receive a copy of this RFP from the Authority no later than five days prior to the Proposal submission date and all such addenda shall become part of this RFP.
