NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, Room 215, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 for the purpose of microfilming, imaging and indexing paper documents. For detailed specifications of the number of documents and final product format, please contact Brenda Miller, Ohio County Circuit Clerk by phone at (304) 234-3611. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please mark your sealed envelope as “Circuit Clerk Imaging Proposal.”
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
