OGLEBAY GUEST AREA RECYCLING BINS
The Wheeling Park Commission, a Municipal Park System located in Wheeling, West Virginia, will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm on August 19, 2022, at the Admission Entrance Gate at the Good Zoo. Bids will then be opened and read aloud in the Benedum Theatre at the Zoo.
Oglebay Guest Area Recycling Bins are components of a project consisting of the acquisition of waste and recycling bins at Oglebay.
Bids should include the cost of shipping and/or installation.
Specifications for the waste and recycling bins are to include the cost for 30 recycled plastic slat 35 gallon waste barrels with closing dome lids and 30 recycled plastic slat 35 gallon recycling barrels with enclosed lids.

All items must be able to be delivered and installed by October 14, 2022.
Each person or firm submitting a bid must comply with all rules and regulations of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Recycling Assistance Program (REAP).
The Wheeling Park Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
