IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-84 JADE COBB, biological mother of infant A.S.W., whose date of birth is June 28, 2022 and CORNELIUS WILEY, biological father of infant A.S.W., whose date of birth is June 28, 2022, natural child of Jade Cobb.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CORNELIUS WILEY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.S.W., whose date of birth is June 28, 2022. It is ORDERED that CORNELIUS WILEY shall to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 24th day of August, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise CORNELIUS WILEY, biological father of A.S.W., whose date of birth is June 28, 2022, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent. .
