NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the following decedents’ estates:

Final Reports or Waivers of Final Settlement in the above captioned estates has been presented before me by the Fiduciary of said estate for approval, which report is retained in my office at 14 S. Randolph Ave. Elkins, West Virginia.
I have approved the Reports/Waivers as presented and will file them with the Honorable County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on or after August 23, 2022
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the Honorable County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
