Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle concerning dumpster service in Ohio, Marshall, Hancock and Brooke Counties.
NOTICE
On August 15, 2022, the Applicant, Greater Pittsburgh Dumpsters, Inc., dba Bin There Dump That , Tri-State, filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle concerning dumpster services in Ohio, Marshall, Hancock, and Brooke Counties. The certificate would read:
1. To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of dumpster containers from points and places in Brooke, Hancock, Ohio and Marshall Counties, West Virginia to places of disposal.
2. Rates: Negotiable
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commissioner’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
