The object of the above entitled civil action is to recover compensatory damages, interest and other relief as the Court or jury may find that was sustained by Plaintiff(s) as a result of an automobile accident that accrued on Feb. 28th, 2013, in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. That appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of defendant without effect.

Main St., Wheeling, WV 26003 an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before July 25, 2016 otherwise that Judgment by Default will be rendered against defendant(s) Luke Horvath, at any time thereafter.
