IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-71 MELODY MARTIN, biological mother of infant P.G.M., whose date of birth is October 3, 2020, natural child of Melody Martin.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that MELODY MARTIN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant P.G.M., whose date of birth is October 3, 2020. It is ORDERED that MELODY MARTIN is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and ORDERED that MELODY MARTIN is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of September, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of MELODY MARTIN, biological mother of infant P.G.M., whose date of birth is October 3, 2020 may be terminated.
