Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of October, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, am., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Gerri Jones, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Hemmingway Loren Hassell to Hemingway Angelina Jones At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
