Upshur Human Resources, Inc. requires the Executive/Head Start Director to have a baccalaureate degree with emphasis in Administration, Early Childhood Development, supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration. (MA preferred) Grantsmanship and writing techniques, experience in Early Childhood Development, and community service experience preferred. Fiscal/Human Resources Manager
Upshur Human Resources, Inc. requires the Fiscal/Human Resources Manager to be a certified public accountant or has, at a minimum, a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related field. Proficient writing and communication skills and one year experience in multi-source funding. Experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel Software (Preferred). Background checks required and approval in writing by the ACF Region III Office.
