CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Randolph County OEMS is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The new tower called Elkins Airport 911 will be at 194 Airport Road, Elkins, WV (38-53-5.22N and 79-51-13.84W). The self-support tower will be 84 feet in height, including a 4-foot lightning rod. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
