PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of White Sulphur Springs will conduct a variance on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 7:00 PM, in Council Chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of this variance will be to hear the request of Karen McCreary, 135 Greenbrier Avenue, and Adam Whanger Contracting to build a fence taller than 6 1/2 feet. All fences over 6 1/2 feet requires a variance. The public is encouraged and invited to attend.
