NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Tri-Seal, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a R13 permit modification to install a new laminating line at the facility located between Dwight D Eisenhower Highway I-70 and Technology Drive, Triadelphia, in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 40.072623, -80.557838. The applicant estimates the total increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Volatile Organic Compounds –
1.05 tons per year,
Glycol Ethers-
1.05 tons per year,
Methanol –
0.01 tons per year, and
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants –
1.05 tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin in October of 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
