Specifications for pole building must include roof pitch 4/12; (1) 3068 Insulated entry door; (2) 10 x 12 non-insulated overhead garage doors; Metal Roof insulation: Condensation Barrier; Seamless Gutter to include: Gutterboard, Seamless Gutter, Downspouts & Snowrail; Snowload rating: 35+05 PSF. No windows, eave overhangs, gable overhangs or wall insulation is required.
