INVITATION FOR BIDS
KITCHEN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELKINS, Elkins, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative offices at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV for its FY2021- 2022 Capital Fund Program – Physical Improvements – KITCHEN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, at its public housing development until 9:00 AM EST on October 27, 2022, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the monthly board meeting. Bids received after 9:00 AM will be rejected. Work includes replacement of kitchen countertops, sinks, faucets, wall covering, an all associated work items, etc. as shown on the drawings.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the September 30, 2022 at the Elkins Housing Authorities administrative offices at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is highly recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Mandatory site visitation will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
The ELKINS HOUSING AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
