James L. Pitrolo, Jr., Chairman of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from Total Renal Care, Inc., Denver Colorado, CON File #16-10-10823-A, for the acquisition of the outpatient dialysis facilities operated by Wheeling Renal Care, LLC in Wheeling, Ohio County and New Martinsville, Wetzel County. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $23,500,000.
