The object of the above entitled action is for Jordan Zane Bachie to legally change his/her name to Jordan Zane Mills. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jordan Zane Bachie to Jordan Zane Mills.
A hearing shall be on the 21st day of November, 2022 at 9:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
