The object of the above entitled action is for Brianna Anne Marie Cole to legally change his/her name to Brianna Anne Marie Bowen. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Brianna Anne Marie Cole to Brianna Anne Marie Bowen.
A hearing shall be on the 6th day of October, 2022 at 9:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Simms at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
