CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
T-Mobile is providing notice of its intent to install and operate a telecommunication antennae/equipment on a rooftop pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The building called A4J1645A Moundsville is at 245 Jefferson Ave, Moundsville, WV (39-55-21.93 N and 80-44-34.40 W). The antennae will be approx. 4-8 feet above building parapet wall. Access is via a paved parking lot and utilities exist at the building. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
